Gary Holder is a seasoned business professional with 30+ years of direct workers’ compensation claims and investigation experience plus over 5 years in private business practice. At the end of his WSIB tenure, he achieved an Honours Paralegal Diploma and secured his Paralegal License though the Law Society of Ontario.

He was subsequently hired as the Director of the National Workers Compensation Division in a Health Care Management firm, hiring, and developing a highly successful team of WSIB/WCB paralegal consultants. This success led him to this exceptional opportunity with Investigation Risk Management (IRM), a highly respected, professional investigative service organization well known for their integrity, experience, discretion, and success. He was acquired as the Senior Corporate Executive, WSIB/WCB Consulting & Advice Program, which has quickly grown into the creation of the new Client Success Division.
