Throughout his career, including his time at Telus Corp, he has excelled in various roles, from managing corporate accounts to leading sales initiatives that set new company records.

As a Consumer Sales and Service Representative at Telus, Joshua led the Sales-First Initiative, which played a pivotal role in his team achieving the #1 sales ranking. Mr. Waley was recognized as the top salesperson across multiple categories, reflecting his commitment to exceeding targets month after month. Additionally, Joshua contributed to strategic projects like Repeat Call Reduction, which enhanced customer satisfaction and boosted operational efficiency.

In Joshua’s earlier role as a Business Sales and Service Representative, he successfully managed corporate accounts and helped expand Telus’s business-to-business portfolio. Through the Employee Purchase Program, he played a key role in strengthening relationships with corporate clients such as large insurance firms, consistently delivering a first-class experience that exceeded sales goals.

As an Assistant Store Manager at Telus/MobileAXS, Mr. Joshua Waley led store operations, inventory management, and corporate account handling, including managing the Intact Insurance account.
