Mr. Tim Pierce retired with 32 years of combined service with the Toronto Police Service and the Ontario Provincial Police. The expertise and knowledge gained in progressively more responsible positions within these Police Services ultimately resulted in being selected to be a Commander, overseeing a Detachment with over 50 uniformed and civilian members. Since leaving the O.P.P. Tim has been extensively involved in the Transportation and Private Investigation Industry.
Tim has received extensive training through the Canadian Police College, the Ontario Centre for Forensic Science, the Ontario Police College, and the O.P.P., Academy. Tim also attended training and education sessions in Arizona and California while with the O.P.P.. On a number of occasions Tim was selected to sit on Federal and Provincial working groups involving Law enforcement issues, and amendments to the Ontario Police Service Act.
In the many roles he served in, he has developed expertise in interviewing, investigations, including fraud / employee theft, and numerous crimes against persons & property.

During his career Tim has received several awards and commendations, such as The Police Exemplary Service Medal, The Military Long Service, and Good Conduct Medal (CD), and The Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal.
